With a firm conviction that the Spirit of the Lord is preparing to pour out new wine into the body of Christ, Pastor Michael and Sheila first started New Wineskin Ministries with the popular “Time to Grow” radio broadcast.  On April 23, 2000, they took the next step in their journey, opening New Wineskin Church, where they both faithfully serve in pastoral ministry.
